Why not attend one of Williams-Sonoma’s popular free in store cooking and technique classes to learn the art and science of cooking from their own culinary experts in September 2011. The next free cooking class offered is PASTA – IT’S ALL ABOUT THE SHAPE! on September 11 (click at bottom for more information) The specific times may vary from place to place, and you’ll need to RSVP. Sundays are their cooking technique class days. Each class is dedicated to a specific culinary topic, from the best way to work with specific ingredients, cookware and tools to creative ideas for seasonal meals.
